Recipe Ingredients for Energy Nut Balls

1 serving Ann's House Soy Energy Blend
7 7 prunes Bite Size Pitted Prunes
30 grams Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
0.5 cup, ground Almonds
0.75 cup Oat Bran
2 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Energy Nut Balls

blend dried fruits first, combine with approx 1/2 cup wet nut meal, add in 1/2 cup oat bran. Set aside, then blend in extra 1/4 cup oat bran with soy energy mix until fine. Combine that mix with the wet mix, roll into balls.
