Makes 8 servings



Raw nuts and seeds soaked. Optionally you can add an 1/8 cup walnuts too.

Recipe Ingredients for Energy mix

3/4 cup wheat berries
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup sesame seeds
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup almonds
1/8 cup raisins
1/8 cup walnuts
4 cups applesauce

Recipe Directions for Energy mix

Soak all except applesauce for 24-36 hours in pure water, drain and keep in fridge. Serve with 1/2 cup applesauce per each serving. Additionally serve over salads and such.
