Energy candy/cereal/breakfast bars

Recipe Ingredients for Energy Candy Bars

1 cup almond butter
2/3 cup honey
2 cups Rice Krispies
1 cup Cheerios
2/3 cup instant nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for Energy Candy Bars

  1. Slightly crush Cheerios. Mix Cheerios, Rice Krispies and dry milk in a bowl.

  2. Heat almond butter and honey in a large pan on the stovetop until just heated through (it should be runny). Remove from heat.

  3. Add cereal to almond butter and honey. Mix well.

  4. Spread in greased 8x8 pan. Chill. Cut into 16 squares.
