Recipe Ingredients for energy bars

2 cup 5-Grain Rolled Cereal
2 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup (not packed) Raisins, Golden Seedless
0.25 cup Peanuts, All Types, Dry-roasted
1 cup Sunflower Seeds
4 tbsp Creamy
0.25 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for energy bars

Mix all dry ing. Microwave honey, PB and brown sugar for 45 sec at a time until runny. Add to dry ing. and mix well. Push into 16 muffin tins and let sit 1 hr. ready to eat or refrigerate.
