Recipe Ingredients for Energy Bars

2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 cup bran cereal
4 egg whites
2/3 cup applesauce
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbl oil
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Energy Bars

  1. combine ingredeints

  2. press into jelly roll pan or use in small muffin tins. Not the mini muffins but regular sized.

  3. 350 for 15 min as muffins
