Recipe Ingredients for Energy bars

3 1/2 c oats
1 c ground flaxseed
1/3 c brown rice syrup
1 egg
2 bananas
6 figs
9 dates
2 tbsp orange juice
2 scoop protein powder
1 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Energy bars

Mix together. Put into cupcake pans and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Can be frozen.
