A good no-bake energy bar recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Energy Bars

1/2 cup almond butter
1 cup honey
1 cup rolled oats
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dry milk powder

Recipe Directions for Energy Bars

  1. Melt honey and almond butter in saucepan, and cook until bubbly.

  2. Mix in dry ingredients.

  3. Spread in greased 9" x 9" pan. Chill and slice into 16 squares.
