Energy Bars made with Kashi Cereal.

Recipe Ingredients for Energy Bars-Kashi

1 1/2 cups Kashi Golean Cereal Original
1/2 cup Peanut Butter Granola
1/4 cup, with hulls, edible yield Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
3/4 bar Supreme Dark Chocolate
1 []
1/5 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
0.33 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
6 tbsp Egg Whites

Recipe Directions for Energy Bars-Kashi

  1. Put Kashi cereal in food processor and chop slightly.

  2. Mix dry ingrediants in large bowl.

  3. Mix sugar and salt in small bowl.

  4. Add egg whites and vanilla to sugar mixture.

  5. Add liquid mixture to dry ingrediants.

  6. Put mixture in foil lined 8X8 baking pan.

  7. Pat down with dry hands.

  8. Bake at 300 for 45-60 mins.
