Recipe Ingredients for Energy Bars 2: The Revenge

100 grams Unsalted Butter
140 grams Sugars, Granulated
40 grams Organic Peanut Butter, Crunchy
250 grams Jumbo OATS
50 grams Dried Cranberries
50 grams Apricots, Dried, Sulfured, Uncooked
75 grams Mixed Chopped Nuts
50 grams Sesame Seeds

Recipe Directions for Energy Bars 2: The Revenge

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C.

  2. Melt butter, peanut butter and sugar together in a pan.

  3. Stir in all other ingredients (apricots are finely chopped), then spoon out into cake tins lined with foil/paper cases (makes 24+).

  4. Cook for 35 minutes until golden. Allow to cool before eating - with yoghurt if they're very crumbly!
