Non-stick spray for pan 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 cups rolled oats 2/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 can unsweetened apple sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Energy bar

0.75 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup Oats
0.33 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.25 cup Cranberries
2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Energy bar

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray 12 muffin cups with non-stick spray.

  2. Mix dry ingredients together with hands and then add wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly until combined.

  3. Place approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons of the batter in each muffin cup.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
