Recipe Ingredients for Energy Bar

1 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds

Recipe Directions for Energy Bar

  1. Warm Honey

  2. Slowly add peanut butter - mixture will be firm

  3. Add cocoa powder (carob powder can sub) and nuts or dried fruit

  4. press into 8x8 inch pan

  5. chill 1 hour

  6. cut into 64 squares

  7. Keep 1 month in fridge or freeze for months
