Healthy, gluten-free, all natural energy bar similar to a Larabar

Recipe Ingredients for Energy bar #1

3 dates Whole, Deglet Noor (3X5 =15 total dates)
1/2 cup raw almonds
2 serving 1 scp Muscle Milk Naturals
1 serving 1 scp Greensuperfood
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbl almond milk
2 tbl ground flax seed
1/4 cup Almond Flour

Recipe Directions for Energy bar #1

  1. Combine all ingredients except the flour in a blender (I used the small Ninja container)

  2. Pause occasionally to scrape the sides with a spatula and force contents that have stuck to the sides into the mix

  3. Place in a bowl and gradually knead in the Almond Flour

  4. Form into 6 small "bars" about 1/4 inch high

  5. Dust the top and bottom of the bars with more Almond Flour as you wrap them individually in aluminum foil

  6. Store in the Refrigerator
