No bake energy cookies full of good stuff!

Recipe Ingredients for Energy balls

1 cup oats
1/2 c peanut butter
1/3 c honey
1 c coconut flakes
1/2 c ground flaxseed
1/2 c chocolate chips
1 t vanilla

Recipe Directions for Energy balls

Mix together oats, peanut butter, honey, coconut flakes, flaxseed, chocolate chips, & vanilla. Chill for at least a half hour then roll into little balls. Store in a airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
