Recipe Ingredients for Energy Balls

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup chocolate chips
3 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
2 scoops protein powder (vanilla)
1 cup coconut (to roll balls in)

Recipe Directions for Energy Balls

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl - can make alterations and substitutions per your dietary choices

  2. Roll into balls

  3. Roll balls into coconut

  4. Chill in fridge

  5. Store in fridge and freezer
