Energy dense, all natural snack item.

Recipe Ingredients for Energy Balls

1 cup natural peanut butter
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened coconut
1 cup wheat germ
2/3 cup honey
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup Chia Seed
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cocoa

Recipe Directions for Energy Balls

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients then add the honey. Soften the peanut butter inthe microwave until slightly runny so that it can be with with the mixture more effectively.

  2. Make into 25-30 balls ~2 tbsp each. Refridgerate or freeze.
