1/4 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1/4 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup Almond Butter, Plain
0.33 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
8 tbsp Coconut Unsweetened
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats

Recipe Directions for energy balls

Mix all ingredients together, form balls, and refrigerate until firm.
