Recipe Ingredients for Endive salad

5 head, raw Endive
1 medium apple Apples
1 cup Hass Avocado
0.25 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
0.5 cup Frozen Sweet Corn
0.25 cup Olive Oil
2 lemon yields Lemon Juice
2 serving Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Endive salad

Whisk together the lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt and pepper for taste. Chop ends off endive and cut into one inch slices. Peel and slice apple. Squeeze some lemon juice to keep from browning. Cut avocado Into one inch cubes. Toss in craisins and thawed corn. Dress with olive oil and lemon juice dressing. Serve immediately.
