Home made enchiladas using imitation cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Enciladas

1 pound ground turkey
1 medium onion
1 cup Imitation Cheddar Cheese
1/4 tsp black pepper
5 tomatoes (made into a sauce)
2/3 cup water
1 tbs chili powder
1/2 cup green peppers, diced
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cumin
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Enciladas

  1. Prepare tortillas

  2. cook ground turkey until brown

  3. stir in onion, cheese, and pepper

  4. Cover and reserve

  5. Combine rest of the items, bring to a boil

  6. Stir occasionally, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5 minutes.

  7. Pour sauce into pan

  8. Dip tortilla into sauce

  9. spoon about 1/4 cup meat mixture and roll tortilla.

  10. arrange in ungreased baking dish.

  11. Pour remaining sauce over enchilads

  12. cook uncovered in 350 oven for 20 minutes
