yummy Enchilladas that are easy to modify and quick to make.

Recipe Ingredients for Enchilladas

1/3 cup DRAINED Black Beans, Canned
1 can (12 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 loaf ( yield from 1 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Loaf
12 oz Beans Kidney Dark Red
1 cup, chopped Onions
1/2 medium raw Bell Pepper Green

Recipe Directions for Enchilladas

In a large frying pan, brown 1lb of ground beef. Once browned, add the corn, onions, green pepper, kidney beans and black beans. Then sprinkle some salt ,pepper and cumin ( i dont really know the measurments, i usually just improvise - i do like a sprinkle of salt and pepper and then with the cumin i put maybe 2 tbsps in) enjoy with a tortilla or on top of lettuce with salsa as your dressing! To make the meal more spicy you can add chili powder and jalepenos.
