Recipe Ingredients for enchilladas with beans

6 tortilla Fajita 6" Flour tortilla 48ct
1 Can Beans
400 grams Italian Style Chopped Tomatoes
1 small Onions
2 clove Garlic
10 g Chilly Powder Kashmiri
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for enchilladas with beans

  1. fry onions and garlic in pan. add tomatoes, kidney beans and chilli powder. cook on low hear for about 20 mins or until mixture thickens.

  2. fill tortillas with mixture, wrap and place in baking tray.

  3. cover with grated cheddar and bake for 10-20 mins on med-low heat.
