Enchiladas layered like lasagna to cut down on the amount of tortillas needed.

Recipe Ingredients for Enchilasagna

15 oz tomato sauce
12 oz ground beef
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup salsa
5 corn tortillas

Recipe Directions for Enchilasagna

  1. 1/4 cup of sauce in bottom of pan.

  2. 2.5 tortillas

  3. layer of meat

  4. sauce

  5. cheese

  6. 2.5 tortillas

  7. layer of meat

  8. sauce

  9. cheese

  10. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

  11. I spice my sauce with cumin, red pepper, onion powder, diced jalepenos to taste. Mix the salsa in with the tomato sauce to create my own enchilada sauce.
