Yummy enchiladas. Sub any meat for the beef, chicken is great too.

Recipe Ingredients for Enchiladas

12 oz Beef Roast, Round, 0" Fat, All Grades
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
2 oz 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
0.5 tsp Cumin Seed
4 tortilla 6'' Small Flour Tortillas

Recipe Directions for Enchiladas

  1. Saute onions (5mins)

  2. added cooked beef, half of the cheese, then salsa and cumin. Cook for three mins stirring constantly. place 1/3 of the mixture of each tortilla and roll them up.

  3. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over top and put them ion the oven at 350 for 15 mins or until cheese melt
