ground beef and refried beans with cheese in a tortilla

Recipe Ingredients for Enchilada's

1 pound ground beef
1 cup pork aus jus
1/4 cup lard
1 cup onion
12 ounces refried beans
2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Pepper
1/4 cup cumin
10 tortillas
1/2 cup pace medium salsa
1/4 cup Daisy sour cream
16 ounce can of enchilada sauce (hot)

Recipe Directions for Enchilada's

  1. brown hamburger, burn a little bit for flavor, add tomatoes, bellpepper, aus jus, onions and cumin, garlic salt ( check to see if it needs it first) and pepper. add 1 cup of water and simmer down until it is almost dry but not all of the sauce is gone. Pour into a bowl and add the refried beans. mix all together. Shredd cheddar and place 1/8 cup cheddar with 1/4 cup meat and bean mix.

  2. Roll up. Place 1/2 cup enchilada sauce on bottom of baking dish. Place finished enchiladas in pan placing them paralell to eachother and pour remaining sauce over the enchiladas. Cover with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 -50 minutes uncovered in oven. serve with salsa and sourcream and/or guacamole if desired.
