Chicken, tortilla, cheese, and enchilada sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Enchiladas

16 oz chicken
8 tortilla
8 oz tomato sauce
6 oz cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Enchiladas

Cook chicken. Mix tomato sauce with enchilada seasoning and add 1 1/2 cup water. Heat well. Put two tbs sauce on tortilla, add 2 oz chicken and 2 oz cheese. Roll tortilla up and place seam side down in baking dish. Repeat until all tortilla's have been filled. Pour remaining sauce over top and place remaining cheese over all. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
