Recipe Ingredients for Enchiladas

1 lb chicken
16 oz salsa
8 oz shredded Colby or Monterey jack cheese
8 flour tortillas

Recipe Directions for Enchiladas

  1. Put 1 cup of salsa in 9x13 pan. Cook meat until done. Add 1/2 cup of salsa and 1 cup cheese; mix well.

  2. Put 1/2 cup of meat mixture on each tortilla; roll up.

  3. Put seam side down in pan. Top with 1/2 cup of salsa and cheese.

  4. **Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
