Recipe Ingredients for Enchiladas

10 corn tortillas
16 oz chicken
1 onion
10 oz diced tomatoes
1 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Enchiladas

  1. Cook chicken and shred.

  2. Saute onions.

  3. Grate cheese.

  4. Mix all with diced tomatoes.

  5. Roll into tortillas and place seam down in pan.

  6. Cover with sauce and add a sprinkle of cheese on top.

  7. Bake at 400 for ten minutes.
