Great enchiladas recipe but really unhealthy

Recipe Ingredients for Enchiladas

12 oz chicken
2/3 cup light sour cream
12 oz shredded cheese
1/3 cup taco sauce
8 oz salsa
2 tbsp. light Miracle Whip
4 tortillas
12 oz black beans

Recipe Directions for Enchiladas

  1. Mix 1/3 cup sour cream, 1/3 cup taco sauce and chicken

  2. Use canned chicken. Drain and separate, but try not to mush.

  3. Take one tortilla and butter with beans, 1/4 chicken mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top and roll tortilla and lay down in pan. Repeat.

  4. Once all are down, mix remaining 1/3 cup sour cream, salsa and mayo. Pour over top over tortillas. Cover with foil and bake for 8-10 minutes at 450. Once you see bubbles, sprinkle top with remaining cheese and bake until melted.
