Makes enchiladas sorta like a casserole.

Recipe Ingredients for Enchiladas

16 tortillas 6" White Corn Tortillas 30ct
2 cup Red Gold Diced Tomatoes Chili Ready
4 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 oz Queso Fresco
2 cup Mexican Taco Cheese

Recipe Directions for Enchiladas

  1. make an enchilada sauce with spices and tomatoes.

  2. dip tortillas in sauce.

  3. put cooked chicken and taco cheese in tortilla and wrap.

  4. put all wrapped tortillas in casserole dish and cover with cacique.

  5. bake until cheese is melty and bubbly.
