Beef enchiladas with beans and corn

Recipe Ingredients for Enchiladas

1 3/4 c black beans
1 cup frozen corn
459 g tortillas Soft Taco Size 100% Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
1 lb ground beef
20 oz Old El Paso Sauce Enchilada Mild
2 cups Cheese Cheddar Mild Shredded

Recipe Directions for Enchiladas

  1. cook ground beef

  2. add beans and corn 3/4 c enchilada sauce and 1 cup cheese

  3. spoon filling on to tortillas

  4. place in bake wear pour rest of sauce over tortillas add extra cheese cook to melt cheese
