Beef Enchiladas made with regular ingredients (no low fat or low calorie): ground chuck, flour tortillas, refried beans enchilada sauce and cheddar cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Enchiladas (Beef) - Regular

10 tortilla Baja Cafe Flour Tortillas
16 oz raw 80% Lean Ground Chuck
16 oz Traditional Refried Beans
20 oz Enchilada Sauce
6 oz Mild Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Enchiladas (Beef) - Regular

Brown ground beef, add in 1 cup of enchilada sauce and 1 can of refried beans. Warm in skillet and then evenly divide in tortilla shells, sprinkle half of the cheese evenly in the enchiladas, roll and place in a cake pan. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the tortillas and then cover with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes at 375. (servings 10)
