Mmmmmm Top with a bunch of lettuce, lots of tomatoes, some salsa, and a bit of low fat sour cream to make "Salad Burritos" as my sister and I call 'em!

Recipe Ingredients for Enchilada Style Burritos

1 lb ground turkey
4 servings Kroger Recipe Beginnings 3 pepper & onion blend
8 servings La Favorita Carb Cutter Tortillas
8 oz beans
30 oz Stokes green chili sauce with pork
3 oz Colby Jack or Cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Enchilada Style Burritos

  1. Cook meat and veggies with seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, garlic).

  2. Fill tortillas with cooked meat and beans (see my bean recipe).

  3. Wrap and place in baking dish.

  4. Cover with Stokes Chili and top with shredded cheese.

  5. Bake at around 400 until cheese is melted and chili sauce is bubbling.

  6. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!!!
