Recipe Ingredients for Enchilada Soup

2 cup corn
1 cup black beans
8 cups chicken broth, low sodium
8 ounce chicken breast, cooked and shredded
12 ounce enchilada sauce
1 teaspoon cumin
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Recipe Directions for Enchilada Soup

Add all ingredients in a big pot and simmer until beans, corn and chicken are warmed - about 15 minutes.
