Recipe Ingredients for Enchilada Skillet

0.5 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
4 tortillas 6" White Corn Tortillas 30ct
15.25 oz Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
16 oz Home Originals Salsa
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Enchilada Skillet

  1. Place salsa, drained beans, half of the cheese, chopped onions, cooked rice and diced up tortillas into skillet.

  2. Bring to a boil.

  3. Add remaining cheese on top.
