This is a nice enchilada sauce, but I've used as "dressing" for a chicken/bean/lettuce/tomato/crushed tostada salad. Play around w/ingredients and add more or less chilis to taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Enchilada Sauce

1 plum tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
13 medium Tomatillos
1 clove Garlic
7 oz El Pato Brand Tomato Sauce
0.05 oz 1 lb. Bag - Dried Guajillo Chiles
0.05 oz Chile Japones
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 serving Chicken Bouillon Cubes

Recipe Directions for Enchilada Sauce

  1. Boil tomatoes & tomatillos.

  2. In separate pot boil chiles until soft (3-5 mins)

  3. Toss all ingredients into blender, except oil, and blend

  4. Add oil to saucepan and heat up

  5. Once hot, add blended ingredients
