A delicious ring containing the fillings of an enchilada all packed into crescent rolls! Optional garnishes include tomatoes, avocados, olives, and jalapenos...basic ingredients shown.

Recipe Ingredients for Enchilada Ring

16 roll Crescent Rolls Original
8 tbsp Real Mayonnaise
1 serving Ground Cumin
2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Enchilada Ring

  1. lay crescent dough in a circle on a baking sheet (will look like a sun)

  2. sautee chicken in olive oil and spice

  3. shred cooked chicken

  4. combine chicken and remaining ingredients

  5. spread over crescent rolls

  6. take the corners of the crescents and pull them over the filling to make a breaded ring

  7. bake at 375 for 25 minutes
