Recipe Ingredients for Enchilada Filling

2 pounds lean hamburger, 7% fat
22 ounces enchilada sauce
20 ounces olives
2 cups cheese
20 tablespoons black beans

Recipe Directions for Enchilada Filling

  1. Layer each item (save some for on top) on a whole wheat low carb tortilla (tortillas not included in calorie count). Roll tortillas and place tightly in pan. Pour remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle remaining ingrediants on top.

  2. Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
