Low-Calorie Enchilada Chicken. Very easy to make.

Recipe Ingredients for Enchilada Chicken

1 Serving Chicken
1 oz Fat Free Cheddar
1 serving Southwest Chipotle Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Enchilada Sauce
0.5 oz Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Enchilada Chicken

  1. Season the breast on all sides.

  2. Place nonstick skillet over high heat on stove. Add olive oil to the pan, coating pan.

  3. Add the chicken to the pan, turn only once, it should only take 2 minutes or so to cook each side. Chicken should be golden brown.

  4. Remove pan from heat.

  5. Top each chicken breast with enchilada sauce, cheese, and cilantro.
