An easy casserole that makes the whole family happy as well as the pocketbook!

Recipe Ingredients for Enchilada Casserole

1 lb (Morningstar Farms) Meal Starters Grillers Recipe Crumbles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
15 oz. enchilada sauce
1 can (Ranch Style) beans
12 corn tortillas
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Enchilada Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Heat crumbles in skillet.

  3. Add soup, enchilada sauce, and beans. Heat mixture completely.

  4. Spray non-stick on a 13x9 pan with 6 torn-up tortillas then pour half of mixture on top.

  5. Cover with remaining 6 torn up tortillas and them remaining mixture.

  6. Top with cheese.

  7. Cover with aluminum foil and back for 1/2 to 1 hr.
