Recipe Ingredients for Enchilada/Burrito Filling

1/2 lb lean ground turkey
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 scallions, chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1 cup canned stewed tomatoes
1 cup pinto beans
1/2 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Enchilada/Burrito Filling

Saute all ingredients except for cheese. Place in a tortilla and top with cheese.
