Recipe Ingredients for Enchalada Gravy

113 grams Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
1 pepper(45 g) Habanero Chile
6 grams Poblano Pepper
28 grams Peppers, Jalapeno
3 cloves(9 g) Garlic
100 grams Chili Peppers
204 grams Tomatillos
1 serving Low Sodium chicken stock
57 grams Chili Powder
2 grams Red Pepper, Ground
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Enchalada Gravy

Brown pork till crisp. Add garlic, spices, peppers, and chicken stock. Simmer until veggies are cooked down then blend with a hand mixer until smooth. Add a little rue to finish thicken. Chopp onions. Place a hand full of onions in tortilla along with cheese. Roll up and place seam side down in a pan keep doing this with all the rest of the tortilla. Pour the enchalada sauce over these and add more cheese on top and heat untill all cheese is melted.
