AWESOME crunchy and flavorful burger from my local restaurant.

Recipe Ingredients for EMS Veggie Burger

0.5 cup, sliced Onions
6 tsp Garlic
2 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
0.5 cup Cornmeal, Degermed, Enriched, Yellow
1 cup Panko
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup, chopped Carrots
0.5 cup Sunflower Seeds
0.33 cup, sliced Almonds
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.25 cup Parsley
1 cup, shredded Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
2.5 tbsp Flaxseed Meal

Recipe Directions for EMS Veggie Burger

  1. Saute raw veggies.

  2. Roast nuts.

  3. Mix all ingredients together & form into 7 oz patties.

  4. Bake 15 mins at 350.
