Recipe Ingredients for Em's Stuffed Peppers

2 oz Black Beans
1/4 cup, chopped Carrots
1 serving minute ready to serve brown rice
1 medium(18 g) Mushrooms
4 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
1 2/5 oz philadelphia cream cheese fat free
1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions
2 green bell peppers

Recipe Directions for Em's Stuffed Peppers

  1. Cut top of pepper, then hollow out.

  2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, then stuff into pepper.

  3. Place on cooking sheet and bake on 350 for about 30 minutes.

  4. Top with Greek yogurt or sour cream.
