1 cup dry Quinoa
2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 75% Lean Meat / 25% Fat, Crumbles
2 serving Mushrooms Crimini
15 oz Pinto Beans, Organic
15 oz Diced Tomatoes
13 1/2 grams Peppers, Hungarian
1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
1 serving Ground Cumin
15 grams Sweet Chile Sauce
0.5 medium raw Onion Yellow
2 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
1 serving Natural Minced Garlic

Recipe Directions for Em's Quinoa & bean dinner

brown beef, drain & set aside. Use same skillet to saute veggies. Add quinoa and broth, spices and beef crumbles. Cook according to package directions. Servie topped with greek yogurt, cheese, and or avacodo slices.
