Recipe Ingredients for Em's Light White Cake with Berries

18 1/4 ounce white cake mix
3 large egg whites
2 tbsp canola oil
1 1/3 cups water
3 ounce fat free, sugar free instant lemon pudding
8 ounce light whipped topping
1 cup 1% milk
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Em's Light White Cake with Berries

Combine cake mix, water, oil, and eggs. Bake in three 9" cake pans that have been sprayed with cooking spray at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool completely. Combine pudding mix with milk and whisk. Fold in whipped topiing. Frost with pudding mixture and chill, garnsih with fresh berries.
