Bag of 15 bean soup from walmart with some of my ingredients added. Makes about 13 1-cup servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Em's Ham & 15 Bean Soup

16 serving 15 bean soup Hurst's Ham Beens
5 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
2 1/4 oz chicken tenderloins (daily chef)
3 4/5 oz Smoked Sausage
2 clove Garlic
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1/2 cup, chopped Carrots
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1/2 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 large Onions
1/2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
8 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Em's Ham & 15 Bean Soup

  1. Add 2 qts water to beans and soak overnight.

  2. Drain water out of beans.

  3. Put Beans in slow cooker. Chop and brown meat. Add to beans. Add 2 qts. water (Next time I will only add 1 qt.). Add seasonings and chopped veggies. Stir cover and cook on low all day.
