Great protein hit and very filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Em's Fruity Protein Smoothie No. 1

1 cup soy milk, low fat
1/2 cup water
1 banana, sliced
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp ground almond
1 tsp sesame seeds, ground
1 tsp flaxseeds, ground
2 tbsp rolled oats
25 g protein powder

Recipe Directions for Em's Fruity Protein Smoothie No. 1

  1. Blend in a strong blender.

  2. In the case of the ground seeds, I just use one tablespoon of LSA (but the recipe analyzer wouldn't compute that).
