Recipe Ingredients for Em's Bean Soup

2 quarts water
16 serving With Seasoning Packet Original 15 Bean Soup
5 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
2 1/5 oz Fresh Tenderloins Chicken Breast
3 4/5 oz Turkey Smoked Sausage
1/2 cup, chopped Carrots
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 medium Tomatoes
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1/2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

Recipe Directions for Em's Bean Soup

Soak 15 bean mixture overnight. Drain in morning and put in slow cooker. Chop and brown meat. Add to beans. add 2 qt water, seasonings and chopped veggies. Stir. Cover and cook on low all day. Makes 15 1-cup servings. Enjoy :)
