Great for pre/post workout or a quick snack between meals. Quick and very easy to makes, especially if you already have ingredients like almonds already pre ground.

Recipe Ingredients for Empress Protein Shake

1 scoop whey protein
1/2 c oatmeal
8 oz water

Recipe Directions for Empress Protein Shake

  1. Blend almonds seperately to avoid over blending the oatmeal.

  2. Combine oatmeal, almonds, protein powder, nutmeg and cinnamon in blender with 8oz water.

  3. Blend thorougly but not for more than 30 seconds for a thicker consistancy.
