2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
100 ml coconut milk
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Empanada - Pastel Vegano

  1. Fazer uma farofa com a farinha de trigo, o óleo, o sal e o fermento.

  2. Acrescentar aos poucos o leite de coco diluído na água, até a massa ficar homogênea.

  3. Amassar com as mãos em uma mesa enfarinhada.

  4. Abrir com o rolo de macarrão e cortar com a boca de um copo.

  5. Rechear e fechar com o auxílio de um garfo.

  6. Colocar os pastéis em uma forma untada e assar em forno médio até ficarem dourados.
