Empanada with tomatoe, oregano, ham and cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Empanada Napolitana

3 cups of flour
1 tbsp of salt
2 tbsp of butter
1 cup of hot water
2 Tomatoes
1 cup, diced Ham, Sliced, Regular
4 tbsp Oregano
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Empanada Napolitana

  1. Put the flour in a bowl. Mix it with the butter and incorpore the water.

  2. Once the dough is ready, it must be divided in small (ovillos!) which must be flattened with a rolling pin.

  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients and put them inside the dough. Close the empanada and bake.
